StIXDBStIXDB is a tool to inspect and compare database structures. The tool supports many kinds of information sources, like different database systems and other tools. These sources are organized in a landscape, that contains all information about the database structures. These database-landscape can be analyzed in various ways, fully independent on the underlying system. For example searching for an specific column in all tables in many different databases.
Actual following database-objects are supported:
- tables
- views
- schema/creator
- index
- columns
- referential constraints
StIXDB is based upon the eclipse-platform. Because of this the tool can be used as standalone application or as pluging for any eclipse based tool.
